• HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS

    During the regular school year, you can expect your transcript to be released according to your request within 3-5 business days. During the summer months, you can expect your transcripts to be released within 7-14 business days. With these timeframes in mind, it is the student's responsibility to request the transcript in a timely manner to meet all college deadlines. BCSD staff will not process requests over holiday breaks. 

    CURRENT WRHS SENIORS: 

    • After graduation, your official final transcripts will be sent to the college you marked as "ENROLLING" in Scoir.
    • Your official in-progress transcripts have been sent to the college(s) you marked as "APPLIED" in Scoir.
    • Unofficial in-progress transcripts can be accessed by students through their PowerSchool accounts ⇾ Student Forms on the left ⇾ Unofficial High School.

     

    CURRENT WRHS (grade 9-11) STUDENTS:

    • Access your unofficial high school transcript in your PowerSchool account ⇾ Student Reports on the left side of the screen ⇾ Unofficial High School.
    • For an official transcript, contact the Registrar.

     

    WRHS GRADUATES (Alumni): 

    • Official Transcript Requests can be made here. --- This feature is meant for graduates with new or updated plans.
    • For recent grads, your transcripts were sent based on the school you marked you'd be attending in Scoir. Only request another official transcript if you've updated your plans. 

     

    STUDENTS THAT TRANSFERRED OUT OF WRHS: 

    • Official Transcript Requests can be made here. --- You must select the "Mail to College or University" option.
