• Returning Student Registration

    Please complete your student’s registration before the first day of school.

    If you need assistance or prefer to register in person, please contact the registrar directly to set up an appointment.

    If your student will NOT be attending WRMS please email our registrar at epetersen@blaineschools.org so that we can get the correct withdrawal information. 

    How to Complete Registration:

    1. Go to bcsd.powerschool.com/public

    2. Log in with your parent PowerSchool username and password (students cannot complete forms)

    3. Click Forms in the left-hand menu

    4. Under the Forms section, click the Enrollment tab

    5. Complete all required forms until you see a ✅ green checkmark or a 🔵 “pending review” status

    • (B-2) Student Change of Address 

    • (C-3) Student Contacts Update

    • (E) Student Health History

    • (F) Important Notice to Parents Concerning Student Injuries at School

    • (G) Transportation Request Form

    • (H) Media Release and Opt-Out Form

    • (I) Responsible Use Agreement & District Accountability Agreement

    • (J) Annual Notice of Parental Rights in Education

    • (K) Idaho Migrant Education Program

    • (L) Dyslexia Overview for Parents

    • (M) Student Handbooks

    • (N) Free and Reduced School Meals Information

    • (O) Student Engagement Survey

    • (P) Public Schools Advanced Opportunities

    • (Q) Health/Wellness Instruction: Opt-In Form

    ⚠️ Important Notes:

    • Do NOT submit a New Student Pre-Registration form for returning students — it delays processing.

    • Students may not use their own accounts or emails for registration. Parents NEED to be completing registration as students are not legal adults or guardians for siblings. 

    • If a form shows an “ERROR” message, refresh the page a couple of times and try again.

     

     

    New Student Registration

    If your student is new to BCSD or transferring in, please submit by email to epetersen@blaineschools.org:

    • Proof of residency (two utility bills + one legal ID)

    • Birth certificate

    • Immunization records or exemption form

    You will need to complete the following forms on PowerSchool
