Hi!  I am Star Neely.   I received my education degree from Union University in Jackson, TN, my English as a second language endorsement from Southern Utah University and my Masters from Western Governors University. I have taught almost every grade from kindergarten to 6th grade and spent one year as an assistant teacher in a Special Education classroom. and in multiple states including Tennessee, Louisiana, Utah and now Idaho. When I am not teaching, I love to bike, hike and kayak with my husband and children and also love to roast coffee and bake!  I love being a part of the Alturas family!
